If you have purchased a Preset pack and have decided you do not wish to use it, then please request a refund from our support team on help@finzar.co.uk.
To be eligible for a return, your item must not be downloaded, as we can see exactly how many times the item has been downloaded.
Once downloaded, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
For courses, there is a 14-day return policy if you are unsatisfied with the product and you have watched under an hour of the course. If your watch time is over an hour, you are not eligible for a refund.
To receive a refund, you will need to log in to the school and fill out a form. Here’s how. Someone from the Finzar team will attempt to return your money within three days.
For Presets, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
For courses, once we have received your request, we will inspect the request and review your hours watched.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Check your Junk mail inbox too.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
