Contains 100 utterly essential presets. With the Essential Presets Pack for DaVinci Resolve, your images will slide around the screen with improved smoothness; subtitles will pop with more flair; and your voice will sound even better. These presets are broken down into six different folders: Subtitles, Video FX, Slides, Transitions, Zooms, and Audio FX.

These are the primary editing tools that our team uses on a daily basis and they’ve been packaged in one convenient preset pack. Whether you’re a beginner or intermediate editor, there’s something here that will help you on your editing journey.

These are recreations of our Premiere Pro presets in DaVinci Resolve, offering you the same quality – just in a different software.

What’s inside?

Includes over 100 presets split into six different folders. They are:

Slides: Over 20 smooth slides. Includes variations of slide ins, outs, and multiple combinations of sliding in and out.

Audio FX: 14 pre-programmed audio effects, including flanger, reverb, sexy voice, and anti-pop.

Video FX: 19 video effects that alter the look of your footage, including a 3D pan, pixelated, animated turbulent displace, and three different blur presets.

Zooms: 18 zoom presets that will add smooth zooms into different areas of the screen.

Transitions: 24 super-smooth sliding transition presets split into two parts for ultimate customization.

Subtitles: 10 subtitle presets, including a pop-in, reverse stretch, skew and rotate.

How to install DaVinci Resolve presets:

– Download your presets from your confirmation email – they will be in a .ZIP file – and save them to a location convenient for you to access.

– Go to the location where you have saved the .ZIP file and unzip the folder.

– Once in the folder, you will see the terms of use and .DRFX file.

– Double click the .DRFX. This will open up DaVinci and install your files.

– If this does not work, go into the Fusion page in DaVinci and drag the .DRFX file onto the top left panel.

For audio presets only: first, make sure your folder titled ‘Finzar Essential Audio Effects’ is in a location where it can stay indefinitely. Head into Davinci, go to the Edit workspace and add any audio clip onto the timeline.

Go into your Effects library and click ‘Audio FX’. You should have some Fairlight FX there. Drag and drop any Fairlight FX onto your audio clip.

A window will pop up with the effect. In the top right corner of that window, there will be three dots. Press them and choose ‘Preset Manager’.

You now have to select the correct effect for each plug-in. So, let’s install Heavy Reverb. Choose ‘Reverb’ from the drop-down menu, press ‘Install’ and go to your ‘Finzar Essential Audio Effects’ folder. Double-click on ‘Heavy Reverb’ and that’s installed. Now when you drag and drop Reverb onto an audio clip, you will have the preset available to you in this drop-down menu.
